Service Requests

Requests for repair and maintenance service may be made during normal business hours: Monday through Friday, 8 a.m. to 4 p.m.

On-line: All on-line service requests can be made using our online service request form and are responded to within 24 hours when placed during normal business hours.

After Hours Emergencies: If calling outside normal business hours, SonRay Construction's answering service will take your message, but will not be able to schedule a service call. A SonRay Construction service representative will respond to all non-emergency requests as soon as possible the next business day.
